The sign of Taurus is the energy of material achievements. If you positively earn money and invest it on purpose, your possessions create a Dharma. And it enters the Wheel of Fortune; consequently, you prosper.
On the other hand, when you save too much money or spend it irresponsibly, you create karma. This card is a reminder that the Wheel needs to turn.
