Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking your parcel
You will receive email confirmations when you place your order online, and when your order is dispatched. You will also be provided with information on how to track your order.
Transit time estimations are provided by respective courier/shipment service providers and are not necessarily guaranteed. While we try to ensure your order is despatched as soon as possible, we cannot accept responsibilities for late deliveries due to factors outside of our control.
We pack our orders as safe as possible, so damage cases are a hefty exception. Although we are not responsible for any damaged or lost products during transportation, we will move mountains so that you receive a new product in perfect conditions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Elumina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We will gladly accept returns or exchange on defective items. But as we are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers, we offer a 30-day trial, we’ll return your money except for shipping and payment transaction fees.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please use our contact form and provide us the following information: the date of purchase, invoice number, name, contact information, and a short description and photographic evidence of the defective item. We will contact you with information on how we will process your return.
