How much is shipping?
We offer priority international transportation of 1-5 days via DHL for our customers, in addition to regular international shipping of 5-20 days also via DHL. For more details, see our delivery page, although accurate shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
What’s your return policy? How does the 30 day trial work?
We want you to love our products, so we offer a 30 day trial with a money-back guarantee. We strive to provide the best quality products at the lowest cost; for this reason, we’ll return your money except for shipping and payment transaction fees. Once you receive your order, you’re free to use it, and if at any point during the 30 days you don’t feel like it’s a good fit, just use our contact form and tell us you don’t want the item anymore. We will contact you with information on how we will process your return.
How do I exchange a product?
For exchanges, the procedure is the same as the item above on returns. Just send us an email, and we’ll talk about the exchange procedure.
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If there are any issues, we’ll either fix them to you or send you a new product. It’s our way of standing behind the quality of products that we make.
How about gifting & personal messages?
